• We replace orders damaged items due to shipping within 48 hours of confirmed arrival according to tracking.
• Please notify us immediately if items arrive damaged or missing pieces.
• If inventory is available, you will receive a replacement. 
• We provide exchange or credit ONLY on in-store/online purchases that are unworn, undamaged, or for improper fit. 
• Refunds for any other reason are at the discretion of management, please email us.
